The Tigers avenged a district-opening loss to Lee last season by returning the favor this year with a 3-1 victory. Caleb Rogers bagged a brace and an assist while Adam Aboohamidi added the other one.

“I’d like to show my appreciation to our entire Tiger soccer community for their dedication to brace cold weather and come out to support our boys,” said coach Scott Smith. “We’re all glad district competition is now in full swing as we’re back to work on the training ground this week.”

The Tigers (8-1-1, 1-0 in district) play at Tascosa on Tuesday. The match begins at 5:30 p.m.
