Tiger Baseball, Softball Seasons End in Playoffs Tiger Baseball, Softball Seasons End in Playoffs

The two great seasons of Frenship Tiger softball and baseball both came to an end this past weekend in the Class 6A playoffs.The softball team fell to Keller in the Region I Semifinals while the baseball team came up short to Euless Trinity in the Region I Quarterfinals.

For the FHS softball team, the 2019 season included an array of accomplishments including an undefeated District 2-6A Championship. The Tigers racked up a 21-game winning streak during the season and finished with a final record of 31-8.

FHS baseball had their own share of accolades in 2019. The Tigers won the Midland Tournament of Champions early in the season, and they made the Class 6A Regional Quarterfinals for the first time since 2015. Their final record this season was 23-15.
