Wolfforth Library to host the TAME Trailblazer

You don’t want to miss being at the Wolfforth Library on Wednesday, July 8th to check out the TAME (Texas Alliance for Minorities in Engineering) Trailblazer! This one-of-a-kind science museum on wheels has exciting hands-on experiments that teach kids about energy, space, weather, biotechnology and aerodynamics. The Trailblazer is designed to introduce children to the educational and career opportunities in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. Divided up into separate exhibit areas, this 40 foot trailer will lets kids experience many different concepts including bones, robotics and surgery, space flight, gravity and propulsion, and even the science of tornadoes. Library volunteers will be on hand to help kids throughout the exhibit.
