Warning Sirens to be Tested April 10th

The City of Wolfforth will be testing outdoor warning sirens on Friday April 10th.  Final updates to the system are being completed and several rounds of testing may be necessary to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly. Once the system is confirmed to be operating correctly, monthly testing will be taking place on the first Tuesday of each month at 12 noon. Routine maintenance may require additional testing and the City will notify the public as necessary for those occasions. Remember, if you hear the sirens outside of routine testing, visually inspect your surroundings, go indoors and tune into local media for confirmation of a threat so that you may react accordingly.
