The Frenship volleyball team opened up District 2-6A play Friday night with an impressive 25-17, 25-18, 25-22 sweep at Odessa High.
Haley Poe led the Tigers with 6 kills, 2.5 blocks and 4 service aces. Caroline Kerr added 7 kills and Ashley Kilpatrick added 6 kills as well. The team finished the match with 30 total kills.
Defensively, Courtney Boring was solid in leading the Tigers with 15 digs. Sydnie Smith and Addison LeSueur contributed with 10 digs apiece.
FHS takes their undefeated record back on the road Tuesday night when they visit Midland Lee at 6:00 pm. The team returns home Friday when they host Tascosa at the Tiger Pit at 5:00.
