Tickets on sale for Annual Chamber Awards Banquet

The Wolfforth Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting it’s Annual Awards Banquet on Monday, March 28 at 6pm at the Casey Professional Building at 501 7th Street in Wolfforth. This year’s Frenship ISD nominees are:

Stephanie Phillips – 5th grade math teacher at Bennett Elementary

Sharon Betzold – 5th grade reading teacher at Crestview Elementary

Janie Coggins – 2nd grade teacher at Legacy Elementary

Layne Cooper – Kindergarten teacher at North Ridge Elementary

Melinda Walters – Dyslexia Therapist at Oak Ridge Elementary

Stacy Reavis – Pre K thru 5th grade ESL teacher at Westwind Elementary

Jenny Adams – 4th grade ELAR teacher at Willow Bend Elementary

Ann Philpott – Reading Intervention 6th through 8th grade at Frenship Middle School

Rebecca Whipkey – 7th grade math teacher at Heritage Middle School

Kristin Mazurek – 6th grade World History and 8th grade American History teacher at Terra Vista Middle School

Ches Tucker – 9 through 12 math teacher, volleyball and softball coach at Frenship High School

LeAnn McGarity – 9 through 12 grade math teacher at Reese Education Center

 

Along with naming the Chamber of Commerce Teacher of Year, awards will also be given to a 2015 Business of the Year and three individuals/groups will be awarded the Spirit of Wolfforth award. The Chamber of Commerce invites you to attend this night with us as we honor outstanding teachers, businesses and individuals who make Wolfforth “the place to be”.
