Reese Education Center Remembers 9/11 and Recognizes FISD Police Force

Moment of Silence

Today the students and staff of Reese Education Center observed Patriot Day and remembered the events of September 11, 2001.  Throughout the day the campus paused to remember this fateful time in our nation’s history with a moment of silence, the playing of audio recordings when the tragic events occurred and watched a video on 9/11.

Reese also took a moment today to honor the Frenship ISD Police Department for all that they do to protect and serve our great district. The officers were treated to food, cookies and a banner signed by the student body thanking them for their service.

A special thank you goes to Diane Morris, the secretary at Reese, for organizing this wonderful day.
