Reese Education Center Holds Spring Graduation

AE8B0067Thirty-one Frenship students put a close to their high school careers and received their diplomas from the district during the Reese Education Center spring gradaution ceremony on Thursday, May 28 at the Frenship High School Performing Arts Center. Many of the students who graduated Thursday completed their high school requirements ahead of schedule.

Frenship ISD Interim Superintendent Dr. Michelle McCord addressed the audience and charged the graduates to go forward and make a difference in the world around them.

During the ceremony, the Frenship Foundation for Leadership awarded Victoria Cotton and Sarah Sears the organization’s character scholarship.  Foundation president Joel Robinette was on hand to award the scholarships.

The Wolfforth Lions Club also awarded graduates Haleigh Shinn and Cameron Sosa the club’s Vision Scholarship. Larry Holland, president of the Wolfforth Lions Club, made the announcement and awarded both Shinn and Sosa a $500 scholarship.
