Frenship High School has a long tradition of excellence across academics, fine arts, CTE, and athletics, and that was evident Wednesday morning when nine Frenship athletes signed national letters of intent to compete in collegiate athletics. These students have worked not only through their time as Frenship students, but also through competition in club sports for much of their lives to reach this moment.
“It’s like a dream, it doesn’t feel real,” said Camryn Stepp when asked about committing to play women’s tennis for Coach Todd Petty at Texas Tech University. “Texas Tech is the best of the best,” Stepp concluded.
The Tigers signed Wednesday morning in a ceremony in the FHS Media Center in front of a room packed with family, friends, teammates, and classmates. The nine athletes who signed on November 13 are listed below. Additionally, Paige Robinette signed earlier this fall and is included below with her fellow signees.
