The Wolfforth Police Department will host it’s Annual National Night Out in Wolfforth on October 4, 2016. National Night Out is a community-police awareness-raising event hosted throughout the United States and held the first Tuesday of October. This event is meant to raise awareness about police programs in communities, such as drug prevention, town watch, neighborhood watch and other anti-crime efforts.
Join the Wolfforth PD along with other area law enforcement agencies and enjoy free food, door prizes and children’s activities including bounce houses, face painting and a rock wall. There will also be a special appearance by the Texas Tech Masked Rider. All activities take place at People’s Bank Stadium in the west parking lot between 6pm and 8:30pm on Tuesday, October 4.
