To make sure you and your family don’t miss out on all the fun at this year’s Harvest Festival, check out these deadlines!
- Color Dash Fun Run entries are due by Monday, September 12 at 3pm. After this date, the entry fee goes up to $20 per child and there is no guarantee of a t-shirt. Color Dash registration can be printed here!
- Harvest Queen Scholarship Deadline is Thursday, September 15 at 4pm. Application packet can be printed here. Queen Package
- We are still looking for both food vendors and crafts and artwork vendors for this year’s Festival. The deadline for Vendors has been extended to Monday, September 19 at 5pm. Print vendor form here!
- Parade entry is open from now until the day of the Festival. You may pre-register here or be at Peoples Bank Stadium between 7am and 8:30am on Saturday, September 24. You will be entered and receive your number that morning. PLEASE REMEMEBER: NO CANDY OR ANY OTHER OBJECTS MAY BE THROWN DURING THE PARADE. PLEASE HAND OUT CANDY ETC… TO THE PARADE CROWD.
The theme for the 2016 Wolfforth Harvest Festival and Parade is “Save Walter…Every Drop Counts.” Walter Drop is the mascot of water conservation for Wolfforth and the South Plains. This year’s theme centers around conserving water and what we can do as a family to save our most precious resource. We look forward to seeing your ideas on display in this year’s parade and make sure and check out Walter Drop as our Parade Grand Marshal!
