As Fall quickly approaches, the Wolfforth Area Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture is gearing up for it’s Annual Harvest Festival and Parade. This year’s Harvest Festival will take place on Saturday, October 16. The Parade will begin from People’s Bank Stadium at 9am and travel down FM 179 to Main Street and finish at Frenship Middle School. We can’t wait to see all our parade entries decorated around this year’s theme, “Wolfforth is Jammin’!” All other festivities will happen just west of Wolfforth City Hall at 302 Main Street. Entertainment including music, dancers, bouncers and more will be available.
Also making a come back this year, our Kindergarten through 5th grade students can participate in our Color Run. Frenship Elementary PE Teachers will be handing out more information on the Color Run or you can also print off the Color Dash 2021 form here and drop it off with $10 registration fee at Wolfforth City Hall at 302 Main Street.
The Chamber is currently looking for all types of vendors, from crafts, jewelry and decor to breakfast, lunch and deserts! Vendors are asked to sign up as soon as possible to guarantee their spot. The Festival area will be open from 9am to 2pm on October 16. Interested vendors can print off their Vendor Registration 2021 form here or call the Chamber at (806)855-4159 for more information.
Frenship High School Senior girls are also encouraged to apply for the Chamber’s Annual Harvest Festival Queen Scholarship. Queen Candidate go through an application and interview process. Candidates also sell $1 raffle tickets to the public and a $1,000 cash prize is awarded at the Harvest Festival to a lucky winner. Candidates may download the full Queen Package 2021 here.
