Frenship Staff: Students Want to Give Back to You!

This year, 28 outstanding Frenship High School juniors were nominated to be a part of the Chick-fil-A Leader Academy. As a part of the program, students have undergone leadership training, met needs in their community, and shared their knowledge with other students.

As the final piece to the Chick-fil-A leader program, students were tasked with implementing their new skills to create and execute an “impact project” of their own design.

These students decided to host a “Throwback Prom” for Frenship ISD teachers and staff.

“Many people didn’t go to prom with their current partner or spouse, and we thought it would be fun to give teachers that opportunity,” explained FHS junior Haley Mimms when asked about the inspiration for the project.

“Teachers have given so much to us throughout school and we’re excited to host an opportunity to say ‘thank you’ and give back to them,” said Mimms.
