Frenship ISD Students Thrill Audiences During Transportation Parade

Planes, trains, automobiles, and more paraded the hallways of Oak Ridge and Willow Bend on Friday.

Pre-K and Kindergarten students from Willow Bend and Oak Ridge participated in a Transportation Parade where they showed off their home-made costumes. Parents, teachers, and students lined the hallways of their respective schools to see the younger students strut their stuff.

Ethan Palmer was the proud owner of a tank that had been carefully constructed out of PVC pipe and cardboard.

“Making all of the pieces was by favorite part!” exclaimed Palmer.

“But putting on the cannon was pretty hard.”

Take a look at Ethan’s tank and many of the other modes of transportation represented at the parades!
