Tarzan Swinging Into Frenship High , December 4-6

Tarzan_4C_MAN-AND-TITLEDisney’s high-flying musical TARZAN swings into Frenship High School and the FHS Theatre Department invites the community to see the fantastic show!

Based on Edgar Rice Burrough’s Tarzan of the Apes and the Disney animated film, TARZAN tells the story of an infant boy orphaned on the shores of West Africa. Taken in and raised by a tribe of gorillas, the young boy strives for acceptance by his ape father while grappling with his uniqueness. When a human expedition enters their territory, Tarzan – now a man – encounters strangers like himself for the first time. With heart-pumping music by rock legend Phil Collins, a book by TONY Award-winning playwright, David Henry Hwang, and high-flying excitement by Foy, TARZAN is a show for the entire family to enjoy.

The Frenship High School Theatre Arts Department has three performances of TARZAN scheduled Friday through Sunday, December 4-6 at the FHS Performing Arts Center. The show begins at 7:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday followed by a 2:30 p.m. matinee on Sunday.

Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students. Tickets can be reserved online at www.frenship.us/tarzan or they can be purchased at the ticket booth on site before the show.
