Frenship students and parents are invited to come explore and learn about the diversity of the 200 different courses offered at Frenship High School during the campus’s annual Course Fair this Thursday, February 7 from 6:00-7:30 p.m. in the FHS Student Center and PE Gym.
Guests can browse the numerous course booths, visit with FHS faculty and learn about new course offerings available next year.
The course offerings at FHS include core subjects (English, math, science, social studies) plus many more required electives and other electives. There are several courses that are available at different levels (on level, Pre-AP, AP, and/or Dual Credit) as well.
“Parents and students will greatly benefit from coming to the FHS Course Fair as they will have an opportunity to meet teachers and hear about specific course offerings in order to best choose their classes,” said FHS counselor Amy Smallwood. “Teachers always enjoy time showcasing their courses, and it creates excitement and momentum for the upcoming school year.”
Prior to the Course Fair, parents can attend the Parent Teacher Student Association meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Student Center.
