Legacy students participated in the inaugural Field Day/Buddy Day for the campus last week! The day was designed to celebrate the upcoming end to the school year. Legacy students have been aware of this day since classes started back in August of 2014 were very excited that the day had finally arrived!
Being allowed to participate in the Field Day/Buddy Day depended upon student behavior throughout the school year, and was a great incentive to always strive to do your best! Activities for the day consisted of several stations which the students rotated to and played with different P.E. equipment, a challenging obstacle course was constructed for the students, and a bounce house was funded by the Legacy PTA to add to the festivities. Students from Terra Vista Middle School’s NJHS even traveled to Legacy to volunteer for the day and congratulate the kids on a successful first year as Frenship Tigers!
