Coffee At The Curb with FMS NJHS

DSC_0643Frenship Middle School National Junior Honor Society served up free java for parents Friday morning. The “Coffee at the Curb” event was hosted as a way for the students to thank parents for their continued support of their education.

As parents dropped their children off at school they were greeted by the NJHS offering free coffee, creamer and sugar to each driver. There was even a special note included that read “Thank you for sharing your child with us! We believe in your child and their ability to succeed.”

This was a first-time event for the NJHS that was made possible thanks to the in-kind and monetary support of United Market Street and the Volunteer Center of Lubbock. DSC_0645
