The Terra Vista girls’ golf team competed at a tournament at the Reese Golf Course on Saturday and once again finished in first place overall. Haley Vargas was first place individual and Steffanie Roldan was second place individual.
This is the second weekend in a row that TVMS has captured a tournament team championship. The week prior in Lamesa, Vargas was the top individual, Roldan was second place, and Loren Abernathy placed fifth.
TVMS competed against teams from Snyder, Big Spring, Seminole, Lamesa, and, Heritage. The team players are Vargas, Roldan, Abernathy, Sadie Sonnenberg, and Kelsey Caswell.
