The Frenship High School Choir shared a record breaking performance as five students were selected to the Texas Music Educators Association All-State Choir. The students were selected after their auditions at the Area A Vocal Auditions Saturday at Abilene Cooper High School.
The five Frenship students selected to sing with the TMEA All-State Choir include Tyler Libre (second year to make All-State), Rachel Biggs, Anna Howard, Riley Berryhill, and Jared Pendergrass (second year to make All-State).
“This is an amazing accomplishment for these students who competed with not only our region but Dallas area schools as well,” said Billie Lu Billett, Head Director of the Frenship High Choir.
The Frenship students selected for the TMEA All-State Choir will perform during the TMEA All-State Concerts on Saturday, February 13, in the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio.
