Frenship ISD extends congratulations to Jacob Keeton, eighth grader at Frenship Middle School, who was named Grand Champion in the Limousin Heifer competition at the San Antonio Livestock Expedition on Friday, February 17.
Jacob won with his prize heifer named Miss Carolina. For his selection as winner, he was awarded a $10,000 scholarship.
