Tiger Volleyball Grabs Another W in Odessa

Frenship volleyball picked up their fourth win in District 2-6A with a four-game victory against Odessa High 20-25, 25-14, 25-16, 30-28 last Tuesday in Odessa.

Gracie Harrison played one of her best games of the year with a team-high 19 kills and 16 digs. Caroline Kerr paced the team with 11 kills and nine digs, Kayton Genenbacher tallied 30 assists and 13 digs and Reagan Snuggs added 17 assists, nine digs and a team-high two service aces. Aaliyana Mayfield chipped in nine kills, Seuzette Simpson had eight kills and 10 digs and defensive specialists Kendall Mahaney and Hannah Page each scored a team-high 25 digs apiece.

FHS fell at home on Friday to Midland Lee 21-25, 14-25, 14-25. Caroline Kerr led the way with seven kills and two service aces. Emily Jones added six kills and two blocks, Hannah Page had 19 digs and Kayton Genenbacher picked up 15 assists.

The Tigers (25-11, 4-3) are on the road for two District 2-6A matches this week. They travel to Tascosa Tuesday before heading to Midland High Friday.
