Oak Ridge Students Celebrate 50 Days of Learning

Pre-K and kindergarten students at Oak Ridge Elementary celebrated the 50th day of school with a day from the 1950s. Students were dressed in leather jackets, poodle skirts and wing-tipped shoes while they celebrated 50 days of learning with ice cream sundaes. The tiny Tigers even bounced around in a literal sock “hop” to end the day.
